'Beautiful and comfortable lake home on the western shores of Isle La Motte. The house is a 2 minute walk to Fisk Farm and the Fisk quarry site of the Chazy reef formation (Ordovician), and 10-15’ walk to southern trails that start near Turner farm and traverse Ordovician to Cambrian strata. Well-equipped kitchen was a pleasure in which to cook and host visiting friends and family. 'The Ham Fam Lakehouse was lovely, well appointed, comfortable, and the lake view was fabulous! We enjoyed the gas fireplace on chill mornings, and the sunset view in the evenings. The lake was easily accessible and we enjoyed walking the driftwood strewn beach. We had a few minor concerns the first days, but they were immediately addressed and remedied by the management team. Great job! We thoroughly enjoyed our eight-day stay! We would definitely return another time. '

There were so many spider webs and big spiders around inside and outside, it could have used some extra love and cleaning. It gets a little loud when speeding cars go by.
