'Bij aankomst stond al het meubilair buiten op straat. Grote containers stonden op het terrein. Sommige kamers werden bewoond door de werklui of door mensen die er niet schoon uitzagen. Het ontvangst was hartelijk. Bij onze vraag of het wel geopend was werd er bevestigd geantwoord. Het was door ons vooraf betaald, niet wetende dat het in zo'n slechte staat was. De eigenaresse vertelde dat er 2 kamers op orde waren. Zeer vriendelijke vrouw.

"Het hotel ligt in een prachtig en verlaten gebied. Dichtsbijzijnde restaurant is met de auto 15 min. Gastvrijheid en de verzorging zijn fantastisch. Kamer en badkamer waren op de 1e etage en zeer schoon. Ivm voorbereidingen voor een bruiloft was de bar dicht. Het ontbijt was super.
