'Amazing place. Communication was on point. The attention that Gabriel provided us as our host is unbeatable. The apartment was super clean, fully equipped and with important details that were not taken for granted. From a beautiful well written welcome card to some “cafecito” on the house, I can’t praise enough the level of service received in our stay. We will definitely be coming back to this apartment if we need to go back to Santiago (It’s within reasonable driving time from everything). And...

'Unfortunately for us there was an issue with the water in the building where this unit is located. It was intermittently off and on over the entire course of out stay. A problem that was compounded by the fact that I got a bad case of food poisoning in the middle of our trip! Oy. The bright spot for us, however, was the responsiveness and helpfulness of our host. None of this was in his control, but he kept us posted, communicated with the building and city on our behalf, and continuously...
