'The hotel is located at Calle El Conde,the main street.That means you're close to everything (restaurants,bars,...).At 100 m there's even a supermarket ! Our room had a balcony which is very nice to watch people passing by. It also had a kitchenette fully equipped (that we did not use). The room was cleaned every day. The bed was good. 'Very nice, clean space. Exactly as described. The apartment had everything we needed, including an ironing board (which was CLUTCH because I had to iron clothes for an appointment during my stay 😊). Secure building and good communication. The only problem was whoever came to clean in the morning took my personal towel by mistake. I always travel with my personal towels and I always use white towels, so it was an understandable error😊. I usually write my initials on the towels with a marker,...

'The A/C didn’t work in the living room and it was a hassle to trying to communicate with the owner, never responded to my message even when he was on the phone with the receptionist and he told him that I wanted to speak with him. '

'There was an empty bottle of water, water flow in the shower was not good and no hot water, washer needs to be changed the soap dispenser was broken off no where to put the detergent. Had a hard time speaking with the security guard at the gate to get entry to the room. I did not see any shopping attached to the building as mentioned in my hotel details also the Mountain view was seen between buildings not a clear view. No shampoo and soap please bring your own also the kitchen sink has no soap...
