    Nieuw in onze 2019 inventaris! Ruime vier slaapkamers, twee complete badkamer huis gelegen op slechts 1. 2 mijl van West Dennis Beach en .7 mijl naar South Village Beach! Gelegen in een privé woonwijk, zal dit huis zeker de behoeften van je hele gezin tijdens je Kaapse vakantie bevredigen! Deze lay-out met twee verdiepingen is perfect voor twee gezinnen of een verblijf met meerdere generaties. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere centrale airconditioning in het hele huis, wasmachine / droger, vaatwasser, afgesloten buitendouche en gas grill. Mis dit geweldige huis in West Dennis niet! Het is zeker om snel te boeken!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at this location. That being said, we should feel like the fact that the king-size bedroom is a loft overlooking the living room should be called out in the listing. We loved that this was on an old race track and enjoyed walking the loop. Additionally we had maintenance come and fix the carpet on the stairs and they were so fast and great. We really appreciated that!

It is close to beaches and other attractions and has a nice backyard on a quiet street. It is roomy and comfortable, with all of the amenities. I should also note that it is a pleasure to rent through the Martha Murray agency.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week stay on Trotters Lane, it was close to South Village Beach and many other places we enjoy visiting in the Dennisport area. We loved the quiet neighborhood and walks around the 1/4 m. historic horse track. The only thing we'd change is the upstairs bedroom having an opening to the living room made it not so quiet and private, but we made the best of it. The home is well cared for and has a great location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was OK but had an odd layout. 4 single beds in one room upstairs that had a full bath in it. Occupants of the other upstairs bedroom had to either go through the 4 bed room to use the bath or use the full bath on the first floor. The queen bed room upstairs is more like a loft vice private room as it overlooks the living room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was spacious and plenty of room for all of us. Seven adults and two children.The only issue we had was the drain form the dishwasher was moldy and you could smell it in the kitchen. Seeing one of the adults was allergic to mold they had to avoid the area as much as possible. You could see the mold in the plastic drain pipe underneath the sink. Once this gets fixed, I'm sure it will be fine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time with our extended family and were able to easily hit the beach 5/7 days of our stay. I loved that the teens had their own room with 4 beds and a bath. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Only suggestion is to add ceiling fans to the downstairs bedrooms because we had to leave the bedroom doors open to have enough ac or airflow to sleep.
