'The room was beautiful. We stayed in the main hotel this time and last time in the condos. We got to see deer right outside our room on the balcony. My favorite part continues to be the immaculate rooms and the hot tobs and steam room/sauna. I love this place. Trip 3 coming soon!'

'Super mooi hotel! Heerlijke bedden. 2 nachten aan de voorzijde geslapen en dan heb je toch wel last van het verkeer. Echter lagen er wel oordopjes. 1 nacht aan de achterzijde geslapen, perfect! '

'This hotel is great! Rooms are clean, towels are big & the heat works well. Everyone is very nice, helpful & professional. The free breakfast is delicious. There is always coffee, hot chocolate, apple cider, cookies & water available in the lobby. There is a small store for snacks & souvenirs. The parking lot was cleared of snow as needed. 'Verouderd in aparte buurt'

'Why such a low rating? After a long day at the park, we arrived to check in after 4 p.m. An older woman was at the front desk. She checked us in and, after paying, told us the room wasn't ready and we had to come back in an hour. When we asked if we could leave our luggage in the room, she refused. When we returned after more than two hours, the room was barely cleaned. Otherwise, it was fine.'

'Heel mooi hotel, en als je het sofa bed niet nodig hebt, prima! Maar de bedbank is echt het slechtste bed ooit. Daar is niet op te slapen. Bij ons waren ook de dekens voor de slaapbank niet aanwezig. De receptie zou tot 9 uur open zijn, maar daar was om 8.45 al niemand meer. Door te bellen kregen we een antwoord service die melde dat dit geen noodgeval was dus dat ze niets konden doen. Uiteindelijk is toch iemand nog dekens komen brengen, dus dat was wel fijn.
