'Nice little place out in the country. Great place for a getaway!'

'The place was very clean. Very quiet. Comfortable beds and furniture. Good appliances for kitchen and laundry. Less than 15 to Navoo and restaurants, Dollar General, gas station. I would definitely stay there again.'

'Located on a nice quiet road by the river. Fireflies were out in June. May need bug spray, so we’re the mosquitos. It’s a great place with some nice grass and personal space. That’s what we like about this place. Thanks so much.'

'I loved this little space. It was an old Lil cottage that gave me peace and comfort. We were up there for a funeral. But the cottage made us not want to leave for the real world. my two sons one and adult and one a teen also loved it! The host was very helpful! I will be back...well maybe for vacation next time!'

'i left suggestions in the book for the owner'

'What a beautiful place to stay!!! We loved everything about it! If you’re wanting the authentic pioneer experience this is the place to stay. '

'The house was perfect.'

'Host Mary-Grace offers a clean, well-appointed modern rental in a historic building. We enjoyed our stay and found it convenient for our time in Henderson County & Burlington IA. Highly recommend this property!'

'Our stay was exceptional, couldn't have asked for a better home for out 4 day stay. Everything was so clean and roomy. Great kitchen area and 2 living rooms with a very nice TV 📺. I will be rebooking again in the future. The host was most helpful and kind.'

'Host was great when needing to communicate '

'The initial communication was good. However the property has issues that need to be addressed: mold in the basement, a syringe was found above a ceiling fan when the handyman came to service it. Once I advised the host of this all communication stopped. We couldn’t use 1 of the bedrooms and on the main floor due to it looking like a make-shift bed frame that could break at any moment. The tub was filthy & there were ants in there. I feel the cleaning crew is sub-par & has not been forthcoming...

'Beautiful property that was perfect for our needs. We did see quite a few ants in the kitchen around the sink. Otherwise everything was great.'
