'The beds were creaky, worn out, and VERY uncomfortable. We had a "suite" with a kitchenette that contained ZERO kitchen supplies - no silverware, glasses, dishes or pots - What's the point? No ice machine and when I asked the clerk she said "you have ice cube trays in your room" which didn't help because they weren't filled but I'm sure the next person who rented the room was happy to have the ice I made and couldn't use. You had to ask for a hairdryer, no breakfast, pay to rent a coffee pot...

'I really didn't like the microwave breakfast sandwiches. Maybe give the guests a choice of microwaving their own sandwich. It would be nice to have one microwave for each floor in the ice bend area to make it easier for the senior citizens. '

'The staff was polite but the room wasnt good. To start the entry door latch was loose. Then the bathroom door handle fell off. There was dust on the bathroom counter and the shower floor was uneven, you where standing in 2 inches of water while showering. We didnt voice our concerns with the staff, we just made do.'

'Goed for one night, nice people at the frontdesk and at breakfast. Enjoyed to see Knoxville.'
