'I was happy with my handicapped room. Roll-in shower with a shower bench and grab bars around the toilet. Decent complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Small bar soap for both sink and shower. Reasonably comfortable bed with nice pillows. Not possible to block out the light from outside, but I always throw a sweatshirt sleeve over my eyes anyway at home. A better free breakfast selection than I expected. Cold cereal varieties and a variety of muffins. Eggs, bacon (!), sausage,...

'Thank you very much as they accommodated our need to be checked in early for a wedding and they were very receptive to that idea. It's a shame the water heater wasn't working and there was no hot water but we feel feel they are trying their best. They were very kind on the phone.'
