'This was a nice house. It served the purpose. We were mainly there to sleep but the bed was very comfortable and everything worked as expected. I would stay there again if we ever are in Monroe again'

'We only stayed one night enroute to a destination. The inside was clean and accurate, according to the photos. It is an older property and a bit dated but served our purposes. The patio/deck was a bit disappointing. The grill was not the one pictured. It was dirty and rusted through. The large griddle like fryer was also dirty and rusted. The pictures indicated the presence of a fish cleaning station, but it had been removed. There was a new floating dock, which was nice. There were...

'The host is very courteous and responds quickly. The area is great in relation to the colleges and shopping. The parking is not advantageous. The property can use some upgrading. The stove and microwave were terrible. The owner should check on the cleaning crew...It was a great price and stay for a one night trip. I would recommend based on the communication with the host.'

'This property is so nice. There are no stairs to go up & down to get to the lake. The lake is literally right outside the beautiful huge screened in porch. No mosquitos eating you up! Big green egg to grill on was very nice. It got cold our last night. So we got to enjoy the fireplace as well. Wonderful stay for my husband's birthday.'

'Great place for a family vacation! Full stocked home with an amazing dock. Everything you could ask for and more. The dock was our favorite place to hang out with the large decks and furniture to enjoy the lake. Definitely our top lake vacation rental for a larger family. '
