'I recently stayed at The Shore House in Ocean City, and I came away extremely disappointed. Here’s a detailed rundown of my experience:
The moment I entered my room, I found the toilet in an unacceptable state—poop particles were left in the toilet bowl. I had to notify the front desk so maintenance could clean it out.
The toilet bowl was completely dirty, and the walls and front door were dirty as well. I ended up having to clean those surfaces myself to feel comfortable in the space.
