While the cleanliness could have been a little more detailed, it did not significantly affect our time there. There was a man threatening to cut another man’s hand off, and then a couple who appeared to be either drunk or high, disappear into a bush to do god knows what together. 'We enjoyed our stay at Waterditch Farm, the property was spacious and well equipped for cooking meals. The sofas were very comfortable and the beds. It is close to both the sea and forest with good amenities close by. Of concern during our stay was the water levels surrounding the property and on the local roads, access was tricky through the deep puddles with hidden potholes. We were advised by locals that flooding is common which would have been useful to know at the point of booking.'
