'Dirty towels with hairs on them, door hook broken, and loud shower'

'The hosts answered my questions promptly. The house was stocked with the bare minimum. Only a few small spoons (I have kids) but five or so giant soup spoons. Enough knives and forks. Almost no cooking pots/pans, baking dishes and other kitchen necessities. I was hoping to cook a meal while we were there. We stayed in December. There was not an extra blanket to be found. Only one blanket on each bed. The house itself was adequate. We only stayed for two nights. '

'Knus hotel in schattig, Amerikaans dorpje. Kamer ziet er prima uit, wel aan de kleine kant. Badkamer is gescheiden van de kamers, maar voldoet aan alle eisen. Wifi werkt uitstekend. Enige nadeel is gehorigheid, zowel van binnen het hotel als van buiten. '

'The linens had old stains. Our phone didn’t work and when I went downstairs to tell the clerk, he said they would take care of it, but no one ever came. The walls had hardened stains like splattered old food, and the room was only partially vacuumed. It also smelled very bad. We finally discovered it was old coffee left in the coffee machine.'
