'The lobby and hallways look great but the room I got was pretty run down. The mattress sagged so badly that I couldn't sleep on the side closest to the night table. The bathroom was worse- there was black mold on the ceiling and the tub glaze, caulk and grout were discolored and in poor condition. When I got home I found that my card had been charged an additional $200 for a $29 daily "amenity fee" which was not disclosed when I booked the room. 'Cute and quiet spot in North Portland. Check in was easy and it was a great place to rest our heads after a long day. There was plenty of parking on the side streets, and more than enough room to accommodate our vehicle and cargo trailer. We appreciated the popcorn for a midnight snack! '

'This is the second time we rent the Roloff Farm. we loved it so much the first time that we just had to plan another vacation.we loved the fact that the boys had their own area to hang out at. The girls enjoyed hanging out by the outdoor swing and everyone enjoyed the pool. we loved that the house is fully equipped with everything which helps so we can traveling light. '

The bed is comfortable. The large deck has a nice view of Portland. The apartment is located in one of the better areas of Portland. It is a 40 minute walk to the center. There is also a bus. In short, everything you need for a relaxing and pleasant stay close to the city.'
