'I had to ask for clean towels every day. They would have made up the room daily only if I had asked for it. But I feel that it should have been done daily anyway. We were there three nights. Garbages were not collected (should have been collected daily). On the other hand I lost my key and they replaced it with no questions asked. The employees were very nice.'

'They no longer have a pool. This place is genuinely.quiet and a great night sleep ! However there was an issue with one guest 2 doors down from mine . He was banging on doors and windows. I had to call the office 3 times before they did anything. Manager never on site we have asked numerous times times to speak with a Manager but always told she isnt here'

'Paid for one night (6/25/26) and had to extend,... paid for another night, through Expedia. When checking in, hotel debited our credit card $150 for each night ($300) "separate reservations" saying that it would be credited to our credit card upon checkout. It has not been, to this date, 12 days later! They also, in order to move us closer to our daughter's room, (after telling them we wanted a comparable room to the one we reserved) they did not. They moved us to an over-large handicap room...
