'The Horseshoe Bay resort is absolutely beautiful! The grounds are pristine and the pools are all very lovely. The room was very clean and we loved the views of the lake. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at J's restaurant a few times and it was wonderful and we also enjoyed the Waterfront grill.'

'Not impressed with the room or amenities for the price. I felt penalized for not being Hilton Member. Was told the reason we were charged $4 for bottled water was because we were not members it would have been free otherwise. Felt forced to use Valet parking. Was given the option to use the back parking lot and when we did, there’s no entrance from the backside of the building. Had to walk all the way around Glad we didn’t use anything else!! Not the way to get someone to become a member!!!Paid...
