'We would like to thank the entire team the check in clerks, the cleaning staff, the amenities staff, and especially the valet team. The valet team got us in and out very quickly every day which helped with our 2 year old from throwing tantrums since he is still working on developing his patience.'

'I don't often write reviews, but I'm happy to do so in this case. I grew up in San Antonio and was in town visiting family during my stay. It's been a long time since I've ventured into the touristic heart of my hometown, let alone stayed there, but I'm very glad I gave Mokara a chance. Everything about my stay at Mokara impressed me. 'No housekeeping- we stayed 2 night and they apologized and offered to do it tomorrow- which was the day we left. Shower door had stripping loose, safe did not work at all, bathroom main door would not stay closed so it let sunlight it a daybreak. The hotel staff was unable to find my Bonvoy account until the next day when I showed it to them. People were very kind, just not up to what we would expect'
