'Place is nice. Issues. 1. We could not get the big screen TV in the barn to work. All the others were simple. We had 5 people try and 3 of them are tech savvy. 2. The igniter one the gas grill was not functioning. 3. The water is almost non drinkable. I don’t mind using bottled water but a heads up would be nice. Overall we had a great time and we would return. '

'Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so.
