Het huis biedt een terras met ligstoelen, een gas grill, en een tafel om buiten te eten. Interieur bestaat uit granieten werkbladen, hardhouten vloeren, getrommeld travertin tegels bad, en een sprankelend nieuw interieur. Geniet van de prachtige zeebries in dit comfortabele nieuwe duplex omgeven door zon, zand, en gemalen shell-stations. Wees een van de eersten om te ervaren alle Lewis Bay te bieden heeft. Wij bieden nu het hele jaar door op onze uitjes Lewis Bay locatie, week-of weekend ....

Verhuur voor de herfst winter en het vroege voorjaar: Met ingang van november 2008 is deze locatie is het hele jaar door .... Wekelijks en weekend verhuur beschikbaar zijn van november tot april. Perfect quiet getaway

My wife and I had a wonderful relaxing time at this beautifully decorated clean and centrally located condo. The neighborhood is quiet yet friendly. We felt very welcome and safe. The property owners Bob and Patty were extremely responsive and answered all of our questions during our entire stay. We would definitely definitely recommend this property!

Nicer than we expected

Although the photos on VRBO looked nice, the condo was much nicer than we expected. We loved the enclosed patio area and had most of our meals there. The neighborhood is delightful. The hosts were very responsive to our needs.

If I could give 6 stars I would! This place is homey, comfortable and clean. I stayed here with a friend and we each had our own bedroom. Easy walk to the water and close to all we wanted to do on the Cape. We asked the owners to to recommend a beach and they suggested Chapin which was gorgeous and free after 4:00 pm. Very helpful and nice owners. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Awesome family vacay!

Great week in West Yarmouth! House was exactly as described, great location to several small neighborhood beaches including one right in front of the house. Owners are great to communicate with and have the house well-stocked. We can't wait to come back next year!

Great week!

We enjoyed our week in this lovely home! We were able to make ourselves at home on the Lewis Bay compound; it is a very beautiful area and the neighbors were friendly. We loved having beach access right there as well as all the “stuff” we needed (from groceries to mini golf and coffee) just minutes away. The house was well maintained and it was great to leave the towels and linens at home. Thank you! We may need to come back:)

Great Location

Property is close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shops, and mini golf locations. Easy drive to the ferry’s for Martha’s Vineyard and whale watching. Property manager was very communicative. Would stay here again.

The rental and neighborhood were gorgeous. Quick walk down to the water. House was nicely decorated and had a variety of cookware, cups plates bowls utensils. The master bed was very comfortable and I’m assuming the kid beds were too bc my 2 year old slept through the night while we were there(never happens at home haha). Very helpful owners as we had a couple issues with previous renters leaving trash cans full so no room for our trash and the picture of second bedroom showed a bunk bed with a railing but upon checking in we noticed there was no safety rail at all (it was a different bunk bed than listed). Was able to locate a toddler safety rail as a temporary fix. Overall very pleased with the home, owners, location.

Beautiful Cape Home!

We have been coming to The Cape upwards of 40 years, and this was one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in! It was beautiful, comfortable, and everything we needed was available to us. I personally have never stayed in a home that had a comfortable bed, until now! We recommend this home to anyone who wants to relax and rejuvenate in a beautiful environment

Off season cape cod vacation

Very please would just stay. Very good with kids because this property had high chair and also a portable crib available. Kitchen is well stocked and has a washer and dryer which is very good. Internet is great. Has TV which can do Hulu and others is nice. Has bunk beds for kids which my daughter loved. Near the water and can walk in the beach in few steps. Plenty of towels. Nothing is broken down, everything is good working order. Close enough to near by grocery stores like stop and shop, can drive 15 minutes to cape cod mall which has many other stores.

Our Stay Before the Wedding

We were so impressed with the style and open concept of the house. The kitchen had adequate utensils and pots/pans for cooking. There were instructions on how to use the TV and to get down to the beach. Had use of the outdoor grill and patio area. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels for showering. There were beach chairs/towels for the beach. There were just a couple things that could have been better. When I went to find a plug in the Master Bedroom and there was a lot of dust on the back of the headboard and the baseboard. I have allergies, so that bothered me. It was very noticeable and needed to be vacuumed. Also the fan in the living room had black dust on the blade edges. I just think the house needs to get a more thorough cleaning. We stayed there for a few days before our Son's Wedding in Provincetown and totally enjoyed our stay! I would definitely recommend this house. The owners are very nice people and were very responsive in communications with me. Book it! You won't be sorry!
