Er is echt iets aan het blijven dicht bij het strand.

Weggestopt aan het einde van een doodlopende weg, zul je dol zijn op dit rustige strandhuis met twee verdiepingen.

Onlangs gerenoveerd, bieden wij 3 slaapkamers en 2 complete badkamers. De open plattegrond beneden is geweldig voor entertainment, en de extra grote schuifdeuren openen naar een groot buitenterras dat perfect is om te grillen en te ontspannen na een heerlijke dag.

Slechts een korte wandeling van 8 minuten naar het prachtige strand Colonial Acres - een geweldige plek om te zwemmen, te ontspannen en te kammen voor schelpen op het strand. We hebben ook strandstoelen en speelgoed om te gebruiken!

De buitendouche is perfect om te gebruiken bij uw terugkeer. Iets verderop in de straat zijn een aantal geweldige restaurants, het Cape Cod opblaaspark, Skull Island, Whydah Pirate Museum en minigolfbanen.

Het huis is een korte rit naar de historische wijk van Hyannisport. Je vindt er allerlei soorten restaurants om te ontdekken, van informeel tot luxe dineren. Er zijn zoveel winkels om te verkennen terwijl je door Main Street slentert en je kunt de JFK en maritieme musea bezoeken.

Het is ook de thuisbasis van de veerboten van het eiland als u Martha's Vineyard of Nantucket wilt ervaren.

Als je in de stemming bent om te blijven, hebben we een selectie van spellen die je kunt spelen of een paar boeken om mee te knuffelen. Er is ook een geweldige hangmat waarin je een dutje kunt doen!

De buitenkant is net opnieuw geverfd.

We weten dat je er net zoveel van zult houden als wij!

Opmerking: minimaal 7 nachten in juli en augustus (omschakeling zaterdag). Alle andere maanden zijn minimaal 3 nachten. Voor elk verblijf van minder dan 5 nachten worden schoonmaakkosten van $ 130 in rekening gebracht.

Family friendly beach fun

Cute house in great location. Good size family space with open concept and enough seating for 4 adults and 2 children to eat together. Bedroom downstairs has bunkbeds that the kids loved-but no AC-bring fans.The bedrooms upstairs have very low headroom due to roof. Enter beds from 1 side only. The window AC units are behind headboard and are adequate but noisy. Beds were comfy. The roofline also limits height in bathroom both shower and sink area. Good for kids! Walk to beach is .5 mi comfortably flat. Had a great time. Close to Resturaunts and activities.

Wonderful little oasis!

This house at the end of a little street within walking distance of the beach was our little oasis for four days and we loved it! It has age, and fabulous little quirks which we loved, was decorated beautifully and was cozy and welcoming. We would stay here again for a longer time in the future!

Perfect Location

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house. It was the perfect location for us. The neighborhood is quiet and close to stores and restaurants. We loved being able to walk down the street to the beach several times during our stay. The house was clean and just the right amount of space for us. Checking in and out of the house was also nice and easy.

We love this house in West Yarmouth! It was perfect for our family of 5. The house was clean, adorably decorated, and had everything we needed. It is in a great location; easy access to all the Cape has to offer! The owner was super responsive and easy to deal with. We will definitely be back!

Great location and house

A great house; well equipped for all facets of stay. Kitchen had all sorts of appliances, cookware, and eating supplies. The appliance are new, no issues. Three TVs if you feel the urge to binge watch. The beds were very comfy. AC worked well in upstairs and main living area. The bunk bed room did get somewhat hot with just the available fans. A minor, but annoying quirk, was the shower curtains. The ends curled up, so it was nearly impossible to get a strong seal to prevent water on floors. We ended putting our washcloths on the tub edge to minimize any water damage. BTW, there are a couple of tiles in the upstairs bath that need to be addressed to prevent damage. Lots of books and games to play with. We did discover a few missing pieces in a couple of things, but no big deal. We’ve been doing annual trips to the D/Y area for a few years. This location was by far our favorite (all 3 generations). I hope we are able to return here next year, schedules permitting.

Great Beach vacation

We had a very nice stay at the beach house. So close to the beach and many other areas. There is a great park and splash pad near by. The house description was accurate. Loved that their were beach toys and Chairs. Great option for families

Under the amenities it listed a crib, but there was no crib at the location. We did find out prior to coming so we were prepared….. Also under photos and listing bedrooms, it said there was four bedrooms upon arrival. We only had three bedrooms.. The photos and the listing of four bedrooms was very deceiving. The property could use a little more “up keep” outside, but it was cute, on a dead end cul de sac, so safe for small children.

Another Awesome Stay!!!

Another great summer getaway!! This is the third summer we spent here and I love it!! This has many amenities to offer!! The best is the location, while it is in a quiet neighborhood, with a private fenced in backyard, it is also at the end of a cul-de-sac!! My granddaughter who is almost three enjoyed safely riding her tricycle and writing with chalk at the end of the driveway! No traffic!! Also, in regards to location, Colonial Acres Beach, is less than a mile away, an easy walk to and from!! The beach was perfect for myself and my granddaughter and her baby brother!! The house itself is very comfortable with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a pull-out couch in the living room, as well as great Wi-Fi and cable. The kitchen leads onto a lovely deck where we typically started and ended our days! The deck leads to a large yard with a fire ring, which we had fun sitting around one evening! Finally, this house has easy access to Rt. 28 with all that has to offer. I have to mention that Bagels and Beyond is a quick walk away, which meant we always had fresh bagels and iced coffee around!! Thanks again for a wonderful week!! See you next year (fingers crossed)!!

Awesome Cape get-a-way

I loved my stay here for the second summer!! The location is perfect, on a quiet cul-de-sac with a private fenced in yard just a few minutes walk to the beach. We enjoyed the fire pit on one of the cooler nights!!! The best was the deck right off of the kitchen area where we had many of our meals and just hung out. My granddaughter who is almost 2 years old loved it too - going in and out, as well as running around the yard!! The open layout of the downstairs is perfect, as were the comfortable bedrooms!! We all loved walking to the beach to cool off! The TV and wi-fi both worked great! While the ac came in handy on the really hot days, I really loved opening windows and enjoying the two overhead fans! I like how close it is to some restaurants, including a popular bagel place you can walk too!! Once more, I loved my stay here and hope to be back again next summer! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay, but thought I'd leave some feedback. Pros First floor very roomy Huge comfy couch All the glassware, plates, pand ect you could need Nice yard with deck, grill, fire pit, hammock and outdoor shower Close walk to beach and a few restaurants Owner very responsive when I messaged with questions before stay Cons Second floor not for tall people. Sloped ceiling made smaller bedroom and bathroom difficult for our son. Bigger bedroom we moved bed closer to closet and was manageable Only tvs in living room and bunk bed room. Upstairs 2 bedrooms no TV No cable, only wi-fi for TV, and wi-fi kept dropping all week Living room ceiling fan light flickers alot, probably due to AC running and that it's not a hard wired ceiling fan, but instead has cord in wire track and plugged in behind couch Overall we enjoyed our stay

just as advertised, lovely getaway!

Carolyn's property was charming--the perfect getaway for a week at the Cape! The decor makes you feel as though you are at the beach from the moment you walk in. The house was surprisingly spacious--we fit two adults, two preschoolers and several picky teenagers without a problem! The beach is an easy walk down the street and bigger beaches, as well as towns, are just a quick drive away. We are already planning to stay here next year...loved it!

The perfect place to stay for a family vacation or a trip with friends.
