'We had a 2 bed room (I thought queen but seemed more like double). It was shockingly small- to the point that even though there was a luggage rack, there was not one spot in the room where I could set it up and leave my suitcase. I tried to put my daughter's suitcase (closed, standing up) between the bed and the wall on her side and it didn't fit. I couldn't turn around without knocking things over. We had no curtains! 'Pros - staff - distance to the pier Cons - loud gatherings outside at 6a even with the noise restriction from 10p-8a. - to go up to our room you had to walk by a group on the first floor and their cloud of cigarette smoke. - could be a little cleaner (dusty lights by bed, not clean under bed) - yes, there is train noise (shakes the to at times) but that’s not the hotels fault, it’s the location. I wouldn’t stay there again.'

'Everything is about this hotel works. There are notes everywhere and it's efficient. It is very clean, the personnel is helpful and it is very conveniently located right by the ocean. What I appreciated the most is the no-noise policy. There is no noise past 10:00pm and there is a very clear management rule about it. Bravo! This was the quietest hotel I have been to located by the beach that is peaceful. Thank you and your hotel is on my list of favourites!'

'Check-in was at four and then checkout was at 10… That’s a very difficult timeframe no time to enjoy the property. We paid extra to stay until 1130 and that was $25. Very nice property too bad it just wasn’t accessible for a longer stretch…it was nice, great location…they work hard.'

'If you’re booking this property, be sure to verify that you’re reserving a room in the hotel and not the motel. Unfortunately, our room was very dated and looked nothing like the photos shown online. We also found that there were no guest laundry facilities available, despite the listing stating that laundry services were offered. Be aware that the rooms are quite noisy. A train passes by multiple times throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, our experience did not match...

'We had an ocean view room. The hotel was in walking distance to all locations. The owners are wonderful and help where it is needed. While we were there they were cleaning rooms, taking trash out and having pleasant conversations with the guests. I recommend this hotel 100 %'
