The room was spacious, had everything you needed and for the most part clean. The ceiling fan did need to be dusted and the floors need to be mopped. We were on the third floor and we had a soda machine and ice machine which was convenient. You could walk to the ocean, restaurants, there is a small aquarium down the road as well.
