'The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean but not an overwhelming odder from cleaning products. No carpet is a big plus for our family. The accommodations felt warm and inviting. The only negative I can see at all is the checkout time of 10am is a bit early, 11 would be much better.'

'This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again....

'Fantastic view of ocean from deck and family room. Huge windows. Large bedrooms, very spacious, parking available in garage and in front of home. Quick access to beach, however, home sits high on hill and many stairs to traverse to get to beach. But the views are spectacular with no obstructions. 'My friend and I are 80 years old and we've been going on retreat for 40 years where we do art work, walk, and have fun. My biggest problem was the stairs and all the art material we brought. The back stairs worked better. The heating was old and was either off or on.'

'The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources.'

The bed was comfortable and living room furniture also comfortable. Be advised that the bedroom is right by the elevator.
