'Room was too small for 2 people. Parking wasn't enough for the amount of guests. Breakfast was comical and that's me being polite. We walked away to have a proper breakfast outside. The "gym" had only 1 machine.'

'Beware of this hotel. I booked via hotel.com. Paid the price before hand and when I arrived, I was told that I don’t have any reservations. When I showed the booking confirmation, the reception said they can’t see it on their end. I was scammed although I was very alert. Beware. Never pay online. Always pay upfront.'

'The toilet paper roll holder was broken. Paint was chipping off of the ceiling. The cabinet/closet was broken. There were no hairdryer nor an Iron. Which I thought was the standard everywhere. I had to keep asking the reception for bath towels. They just seemed very unprofessional. Overall just bad experience. I would like my money back. I have pictures to show for proof. '

'Loved our stay at the Platinum Seventy Jeddah. The apartment was bigger than I expected, with 2 spacious room, a big living room, a small kitchenette with the necessary cooking utensils and cutlery. The bathrooms were a bit small but functional. The reception team was very welcoming. The breakfast at Fabiano was surprisingly good, didn't expect such an offering. "Walking distance from Haram. Do not take the bus to Haram. It takes you to a bus transfer station where you need to take another bus. Then you have to take another 10 minutes walk. From the hotel you just follow the main road in front of the hotel and it takes you direct to Haram after 20-25 minute walk. Room was spacious and clean. Only thing is the bed which was hard. But maybe other people like it that way. Breakfast was good with enough variety. Diner buffet is nice as well against a fair price. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. "
