'Room was too small for 2 people. Parking wasn't enough for the amount of guests. Breakfast was comical and that's me being polite. We walked away to have a proper breakfast outside. The "gym" had only 1 machine.'

'Beware of this hotel. I booked via hotel.com. Paid the price before hand and when I arrived, I was told that I don’t have any reservations. When I showed the booking confirmation, the reception said they can’t see it on their end. I was scammed although I was very alert. Beware. Never pay online. Always pay upfront.'

'Very horrible experience. I did stay at the hotel for one night. Room was like not cleaned for ages. Water leak in the shower. Broken toilet. Broken room door. Very weirded receptionist. '

'The toilet paper roll holder was broken. Paint was chipping off of the ceiling. The cabinet/closet was broken. There were no hairdryer nor an Iron. Which I thought was the standard everywhere. I had to keep asking the reception for bath towels. They just seemed very unprofessional. Overall just bad experience. I would like my money back. I have pictures to show for proof. '

"Walking distance from Haram. Do not take the bus to Haram. It takes you to a bus transfer station where you need to take another bus. Then you have to take another 10 minutes walk. From the hotel you just follow the main road in front of the hotel and it takes you direct to Haram after 20-25 minute walk. Room was spacious and clean. Only thing is the bed which was hard. But maybe other people like it that way. Breakfast was good with enough variety. Diner buffet is nice as well against a fair price. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. "

The rooms are very nice, with a classic style that feels elegant and comfortable. The facilities are excellent—everything is on point. The cleanliness is perfect, and the service is outstanding. This is a real 5-star hotel, and it is worth every penny."
