'These were rental apartments which have repurposed as serviced apartment/hotel style, the outlook is reasonable, but the apartment themselves still has old layout, the floor, windows, washrooms are not good, we had leakage and drainage issues in both the washrooms. Considering overall conditions these apartments are over-priced for the rent they are charging. The receptionist did not know English at all, which made communication very difficult.'

'The staff are very unprofessional. I booked through Expedia. Booking was confirmed. The location they have listed on Expedia is not accurate. I had to get out of my car and ask around till I arrived. While lost, I tried to call the phone number they have listed on my reservation, the phone was off. 'The price and location was good but some of the staff (especially the night shift guy(s)) do not speak enough English. There was no towel when I checked in. They brought me a towel with dirt marks on it. Second night, a guy ring my bell at 11:30 pm and asked me if I am checking out or not that night!!! I was sleeping and there were 2 more night for me to check out! The price is cheaper but there is a reason for it!'
