'Good size room with fairly comfortable bed, small table snd chairs, nice shower and ample storage. The staff were helpful and friendly. The aircon, however, was rather noisy and the breakfast and coffee were just okay. There is a supermarket across the street, which was very convenient.'

'Overall this hotel is not what you would expect from a Fairmont Resort. Being in Montana you would expect a steakhouse restaurant to be able to cook a steak to order. Unfortunately, med rare comes as medium well to well done. Then when they try to fix it comes out blue rare to rare. When you are paying $300+ for dinner, I expect better quality and customer service support when things don’t go as they should. If you are wanting to use the simulators, they close them early, or say they aren’t...

'The front desk argued about the # of nights I had reserved even tho I had the confirmation number to prove it. One person was helpful the other was very rude and tried to make me feel bad cause I used your site. He also tried to tell me I had to pay for one night-which was 2x what I paid. Also the carpet was horrible in the room-could feel the dirt on floor.'
