'Dirty and not updated'

'The motel needs some work. Broken windows on some of the rooms, security chains attached to trim, strong musty smell, dirty washcloths, and stains that looked like blood on the boxspring mattress. The staff person who checked me in was kind and helpful, but the room was pretty gross and I did not feel particularly safe.'

'no staff in lobby at 5 pm, had to call, There were stairs to both floors and I was traveling with a disabled Veteran, so that was fun. carpet was OLD and stained, the wrap of the bed platform was unraveling, the whole place smelled kind of like feet. The best thing that I can say is that there were no bed bugs'
