'I did have to switch rooms due to air conditioning problems and no towels and the room smelled like pizza .. she told me they were buzy the night before and ran out of towels and no one could come look at the air conditioning .. she offered no sutions … … the staff was helpful after I insisted It wouldn’t wait to morning..after switching rooms the open room had Towles magically there were some towels not in use !!!! that dismissal was a bit off putting .. had I not booked third party they would...
