'All the stuff at the reception room service and breakfast service were absolutely helpful and friendly. And the design of the rooms was so perfect. I’ve never seen a hotel that has such useful and comfortable decorations for the room in terms of shelves and lighting and accessories. I really had a wonderful day and I will go to this hotel again.'

'Water was logging in the bathroom of our occupied room 401 . Safe to keep personal belongings was non functional Shampoo and conditioner bottles were totally empty and there was only one towel , tooth brush, paste were kept although I check-in with my family. Also before arriving I confirmed if we can checkin before an hour as we have children ,hotel confirmed we can but when we reached there they charged 2500/- Extra.as the hotel was full and there is no room availability for early check-in...

'Was denied access to the restaurant one night as they said it was buffet only and we wanted al a carte. No signs saying that it was buffet only. There was available tables but that was for buffet customers only. Were told we could still eat al a carte in our room. Another night served undercooked chicken and the executive chef came out to tell us that the chicken is normally pink! Well it wasn't the night before. Tried to get lunch by the pool as it was advertised on their hotel menu. Was told...
