'The location is beautiful and the house is nice. It's unfortunate that it has not been cleaned well. There were dark hairs on the sheets of both beds, a lot of the windows were dirty with smudges/smears and there were multiple areas that need dusting and vacuuming. There are some safety hazards as well like loose bricks on the bottom of the steps. With a really good deep clean and regular maintenance this could easily be a five star stay. 'We had a lovely time at the lake! The Hosts were very kind and responsive. The house was clean and comfortable, and the dock was spacious with multiple seating options and umbrellas for shade! The walk from the house to the dock is a bit steep but manageable and did not take away from the experience! We would be happy to go back on our next trip!'

We were visiting my nephew at Clemson - the property is minutes from campus. There is a cute little square walking distance from the home with a brewery and restaurants.
