'The house was just what we needed for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I want to shout out the host for how well everything was labeled. It was easy to find what we needed. We had the utensils and pans we needed for the cooking we did. Having spices and butter available was a nice convenience.'

The grass was knee high , there were random dogs “big dogs “ from other properties that had to be recalled that roamed onto the property that potentially was a threat or risk of attack to my son and myself . This is an extremely remote location with no way to close the home from outside view except from curtains in the 2 rooms . I’ve stayed at a lot of remote...

'Planning was super simple and the host is very responsive!'

'Once again, an exceptional stay at this property which is our preferred location when visiting family in the Toccoa area, so much so that we now plan our trips here around availability of this house. 'From the very beginning, Marc was a fantastic host. Long before my group arrived, he communicated with me at every turn. The house was large enough to accommodate my family and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the kitchen had adequate pots/pans and all the items that you would have in your own home (to include seasonings)! We will definitely rent again in the future. Marc - thanks for a great experience!'

'Our family enjoyed a peaceful and perfect weekend at Southern Comfort Cove! Lindsay is an incredible host and every detail was covered. Beautiful view, comfortable home, great communication, and all the amenities we needed and them some. I highly recommend this vacation paradise and will definitely book again!'

'Great fun experiencing a shipping container conversion!'

'Great place for multiple "small families" (couples with tiny humans) ! Layout was fantastic, organized and spacious, no one felt overwhelmed/cluttered but the children were easy to keep eyes on! Host was quick with responses, and accommodations, also very kind and understanding! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!'
