'Perfect in every way!'

'The cottages were well maintained and quaint in appearance and location. We had to work remotely for a few days which was challenging when meetings occurred simultaneously for my husband and I because there is only setting downstairs (just bed upstairs). It would be nice to know if you have a parking spot in front of your cottage or not when booking. Our cottage required us to park and walk to the cottage which was not a big deal but would have been nice to know when booking for planning...

'Amazing location ! Perfect for 2 adults and 1 kiddo. Such a adorable cottage, clean and came with everything for the perfect getaway. The private beach access a 4 minute walk was the BEST EVER. We really couldnt ask for a better spot to get away'

'The furniture was very minimal and not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but missing things like potato peelers etc. The house is on a main road so can be very noisy. Our first encounter was that the door codes did not work. We called several numbers to get the property manager who accused us of breaking into the home. Some serious miscommunications between the local and national companies.'

There are multiple beaches within a very short distance. Gooseberry island was special and I walked it several times. 'This cottage was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. Even though we did not do the cooking, we certainly could have. The kitchen was nicely equipped and Steve even offered to make a special set of dishes available for us. Steve was very attentive to every detail. Check in was super easy, everything was clean, and the showers were stocked with toiletries. There is a great outdoor space with pool, hot tub and fire pit table which we did not use due to all the other activities we had planned but...

'The location was great, an easy walk to the harbor and bike ride to the beach, and convenient to in-town shopping, restaurants and Woods ice cream by car. The outdoor shower was wonderful! It was a stormy and humid.week and we spent a lot of time indoors. It was a nice little cottage, but would have been much nicer if it were cleaner…we cleaned the screens of dust and cobwebs which made a difference in airflow. We also cleaned the gas grill, which was very dirty, but made the most of it...

'The pictures do not do this place justice. Cute cottage located RIGHT on the water. The screened in porch, with heater, provided protection from the rain and we were able to sit and just listen to the water and the seagulls screeching. Super relaxing. Location is everything. Close to grocery stores and restaurants (all types and all styles). Tons of big fluffy towels and there were even lots of beach towels to use. Outdoor area is amazing with adorondack chairs around a fire pit and a big table...
