'フライトの都合でAM6:00のチェックアウトだとスタッフに事前に伝えていたにも関わらず、全ての出入口にロックがかかっており解錠出来ずに施設から外に出られない状態になった。 施設内部からはインターホン等のヘルプコール設備も無く、仕方なく2メートル以上のホテルのフェンスを乗り越えて脱出した。 大人でも乗り越えるのは大変だったが、同伴の子供達はかわいそうだった。'

'The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us! '

Even with all the phone calls to confirm, the process the check-in confirmation was not provided until two hours after the scheduled check-in time. The intercom code also did not work, which meant we had to wait for someone else to arrive before we could access the letterbox. The designated car park was already occupied. As instructed, I...

'No issues, clean small room with AC, friendly staff and option to leave bags after checkout. Amenities were a little lacking such as toilet paper (very thin), very basic body wash and shampoo. Cleaning chemicals used were also not pleasant. Overall good hotel, minor things, would stay again.'
