'I always enjoy my stay but this time I was a little disappointed due to no heater in the rooms and in the rooms there was the sounds of the water heater that didn’t let anyone sleep. I wish I would’ve known ahead of time the hotel was under maintenance repair.'

'We were disappointed that we had reserved a room with 2 Queen beds or a King Bed with a sofa bed - the sofa bed was too small to use for a teenager to sleep. The breakfast was horrible. So bad that my son and husband had to go to Wawa for breakfast the next day. Instead of eating the free breakfast. Bad cereal choices, inedible eggs and sausages, made my husband feel sick. Expensive for what you get, wouldn’t stay again.'

'The hotel is less than 2 years old and is located in a very convenient location that is with walking distance to many restaurants. The food in the restaurant was delicious and there is even a speakeasy in the basement!'

'We were not sure what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. It feels more like a self service Airbnb as you get your own code emailed to you in advance to get into the building and your room. The place is quaint and well maintained. It provided what we needed - nothing fancy, convenient location. My one and only complaint was the coffee. It’s a basic household 12 cup brewer so both mornings we came down to an empty coffee pot and didn’t have time to wait for them to brew another pot....

'Room and bed were excellent. The parking situation is strange- stay on property for $25 a night if you can get a spot or park in the garage around the corner for $5 a night???? Maybe that because 3 of the 4 elevators at the Chestnut street parking garage didn’t work. Not good for bad knees to have to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. Breakfast is not good- toaster didn’t work, Waffle mix was not good. Coffee pots were empty. After dinner we stop in at the hotel bar and ordered a Jameson...

When I talk to the person at the desk and told him that we didn't have a microwave in our room he said oh really that's strange we can talk to somebody in the morning.
