'I have had many pleasant experiences with VRBO but the experience at Whidbey House was just about perfect. The hosts were helpful and responsive, the property is beautiful and we had everything we needed and much more. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use and the water was always hot! As a bonus, we were visited daily by a family of deer. I cannot think of any element that is missing from this lively Whidbey Island vacation spot. '

'No, the room had a musty, moldy smell. I purchased room deoderant to cover the odor as much as possible during our stay. 4 out of 5 light bulbs in the dining area fixture were burned out and 1 was missing from a lamp in the living room. It would be good to have at least 1 sauce pan and a toaster. The living room couch was rock hard. I believe it may be a sleeper sofa, but it would be uncomfortable at best to sleep on. The view is beautiful!!! '

'Incredible place. Stone’s throw from the ocean, with a beautiful beach to walk forever. Saw gray whales which was incredible. House is great, with beautiful views from bedroom of ocean and the lights of Victoria in the distance. Hot tub perfect. Loved watching the fighter jets take off and land. If you want to get away and really disconnect, this is the spot. '
