'We stayed here to celebrate our 25th anniversary and are very glad we did. Beautiful property and rooms, great service. Impressed with the free breakfast which included high quality eggs, sausage, potatoes, belgian waffles and assortment of pastries. Best included breakfast we've had. Highly recommend and we plan on staying here again.'

'The Glidden House has become my new favorite property in Cleveland. The Glidden is unique and full of history. I love its distinctive history and feel. Location is a huge plus. An easy walk to museums, Little Italy, Case Western Reserve and the Cleveland Clinic. Perfect location in a scenic location. Staff is extremely friendly and rooms are spacious and well appointed.'

'Would have been appreciated if the person at the front desk would have removed her mask. I as a hearing impaired customer that was staying there could not communicate with this person. She could have step back and removed the mask to communicate or she could have written on a piece of paper'

It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. '

'Very charming and clean! We were so fortunate to find this inn. After looking for a place downtown that could accommodate us and our need for separated sleeping arrangements we had no luck. Our room was so comfortable and set up to give us the privacy needed. It was easy to get in touch with any questions we had.'
