'We were welcomed and provided a great room. We appreciated our room placement given the construction taking place behind the hotel and how close it is to the highway. We found parking by a door closer to our room. Staff is very friendly. They do a comfort check before bed to make sure you have everything you need and i thought that was a nice personal touch. Well done. '

'Even though there was a hockey tournament, the staff handled everything so that there were no interruptions or problems for other guests I have had very bad experiences at an Oshawa location where the hotel was overrun with screaming children that were unsupervised. This was also a hockey tournament and it made my stay a nightmare. The Whitby location had superior rooms and the staff were excellent!!!'
