'Oh yes everything great '

'The room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly . Breakfast was good but the evening meals ( both pizza and the main restaurant were disappointing and a bit expensive for what we got ) . Also the water temperature for the bath in our room was not hot enough - the shower was OK but not for a bath .'

'Absolutely lovely stay at this property. We were only there for 1 night but can't reccommend enough. Tea, coffee and biscuits were left in the kitchen for us. TV in the living room was smart TV and there was a TV in both bedrooms. Beds were a tiny bit springy but still comfortable. Shower downstairs is a bit dated but still useable. Incredibly clean though absolutely no complaints on that front. Property manager was in touch and easy to contact. Some might be confused by the parking situation...

'The room was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed, bathroom was also spotless and again had everything needed The staff are friendly and made us feel welcomed from arrival. The only thing that could be made better would be an addition of a full drench shower because there was certainly room for one'

'The property was beautiful, the staff was amazing and the fact that the cafe attached was both delicious and had outdoor seating was absolutely incredible… The only downside to our stay is that there was a huge youth field trip. The kids were probably about 10-13 years old and were terribly loud, running up and down the stairs, screaming and yelling in the hallways and the teachers didn’t do anything about it. 'Absolutely lovely cottage, clean, cosy and in the perfect location. We have had a great time. Very steep stairs inside the property and a fairly short bed so if you are super tall with mobility problems it might be difficult but for us it was perfect.'

'Bed too small, uncomfortable and pillows unsupportive. No proper curtain so privacy an issue. Tv was tiny and a brand I’d never heard of. There was a splattered dead fly on the pillow case. '

'Lovely property in an ideal location to walk and explore Whitby. Very clean and tidy. Well stocked kitchen for cooking bits and pieces. Plenty of information of the surrounding areas and clear instructions regarding bins, parking, check in and heating. Brilliant communication from the hosts before stay.
