'A lovely guesthouse in a perfect location. It is very well organised. We received plenty of information before our stay with information about eating establishments, walks, parking. Plenty of choice for breakfast and the room was lovely. However we were on the 4 th floor which involved climbing 84 steps! ( 11 to get from the street to the entrance, then 73 to our room. Also we had to remember to mind our heads as the beams were low. Unfortunately this would put us off staying again. The sea view...

'Lovely clean room, everything you could need. First night was lovely, second night, which I know the owners cannot do anything about, but 2 smokers booked in and because we were near the front door, we were disturbed every 30-45 mins with them going out for a cigarette and being outside talking at 6.30am Saturday morning. Apart from that would stay again'

'We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings'

'I cant fault this stay in any way.location was perfect, amenities were spot on,and the wheel house,converted garage was done out emaculate with lovely add on,so.if I ever was stay in whitby again,this is where ide stay. Big thank you to the hosts.'
