'Really well appointed rooms with funky decor, great beds & funiture, and lovely bathrooms. They've done a great job of the hotel and grounds, and it's a great location in the village opposite the church. Easy access to nearby towns, the moors and the coastline. Would highly recommend. A real gem.'

'Lack of kitchen facilities on 23rd March was disappointing but managed by customer facing staff reasonably well. The hotel facilities are looking tired (eg fireplace in lounge covered in dust and fluff). Opportunities missed to champion Yorkshire produce (food, drink, souvenirs, Newspapers etc) at what could be Yorkshire Coasts premier hotel. Our first return visit since Covid and somewhat disappointed. Would be happy to speak with Management if they are interested in Customer feedback.'

'Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall. The spa was really relaxing and well worth it. The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely. The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day.'
