'Rosa in the breakfast area is so nice! We stayed here for a hiking weekend and when she saw I was trying to fill up my water bottle, she came and helped me. When juice accidentally got on my friend, she brought her into the kitchen area so she could clean her hands even though we said it was okay. She was so sweet and nice and made our experience during breakfast so enjoyable! '

'The room was ok smelled of some kind of cleaner the bed was uncomfortable and old the bathroom was very small no room! The area was very nice beautiful mountains and quite restful and relaxing. The restaurant there at the hotel was closed was very little options for food or dinner places without driving 20 miles to Littleton.sub par pkace if your looking for restaurants or shopping . Overall place if your looking to relax.'

'Left with mixed feelings. We were friendly greeted. The room was fantastic. Clean, spacious, excellent bed and shower. The scenery of the lobby and backdrop of the mountains is stunning. We decided to have dinner at the hotel. The staff was very friendly but probably understaffed. 'The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). The carpet vacuuming should be checked at the points were the carpet meets the walls and bed. A nozzle should be used. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Counter tops were clean. 'Everything you need is on site. Restaurant, bar, arcade, pool, hot tub and gym. Rooms are very clean. They have pet friendly rooms for a fee which is very convenient. Staff is friendly. Highly reccomend!'
