'We hadden erg uitgezien naar ons verblijf in Bay Point van Mills falls at the lake; de foto's waren immers veelbelovend! We kregen echter niet de kamer met het raam én het zicht op het meer én het terrasje zoals op de foto, maar een kamer op de bovenste verdieping met weliswaar zicht op het meer maar beperkt en niet te zien vanaf het bed. Verder was de kamer prachtig ingericht in nautische stijl, alles nieuw in prachtig witte en blauwe tinten. Mooi meubilair, praktische badkamer. Lekker...

Unforgettable hiking paths that start from the territory of the hotel and a relaxing heated pool. We we're amazed by the evening mocktails provided by the hotel. 'The resort was amazing! I highly recommend and we will be back. The only issue was out of 5 nights, nobody ever came in to clean. When I was initially checking in I had heard a guest requesting her room to be cleaned, I was surprised to hear her request but after multiple days of going to guest services and requesting the same thing. I was disappointed. We had to continuously call for towels and it was a bit disappointing coming back to the room each day and seeing that they never came. '

'Er Zijn veel faciliteiten, het uitzicht is prachtig en de bedden zijn heel goed. Helaas zat er een natte plek in ons bed, hier is geen verontschuldiging voor geweest. De staat van meubilair en de afwerking van de kamer is sleets te noemen. Personeel is over het algemeen laag opgeleid, de uitleg over service in het hotel ontbrak, jammer, het had ons verblijf nog mooier kunnen maken op zo’n mooie plek.'
