Spahotels in White Mountains

'We booked through Expedia the Common Man Inn. My confirmation said off site. When checking in we found out it was up the street on the left. The Lodge. It was not inviting like Inn property. Lobby was not fresh and clean. After further research there are multiple properties and this one is, Common Man Lodge not the Inn. It is a two story motor inn that they remodeled. So when booking be aware you are not off site. Very disappointing, this was get away weekend for my birthday. So we checked...

'The staff was very friendly. The kids loved the playground. And it was nice to have two pools but they were very cloudy and did not seem very maintained. The sheets on one of our beds had holes in it and there were old bloodstains on the comforter. Not very impressed with the cleanliness of the bedding.'

'Er Zijn veel faciliteiten, het uitzicht is prachtig en de bedden zijn heel goed. Helaas zat er een natte plek in ons bed, hier is geen verontschuldiging voor geweest. De staat van meubilair en de afwerking van de kamer is sleets te noemen. Personeel is over het algemeen laag opgeleid, de uitleg over service in het hotel ontbrak, jammer, het had ons verblijf nog mooier kunnen maken op zo’n mooie plek.'

'This is a lovely property with many extras. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which had a small kitchenette and a murphy bed in the expansive common area - grandson opted to sleep on the leather sofa. Bed in bedroom was super comfy. Our view was spectacular. We could see 5 mountains! Hot tub was nice and toasty. The jar of marshmallows for fire pit was a nice touch.'
