'The property was very quiet and peaceful. The only issues we noticed were that the coffee pot was FILTHY. We had to run 4 pots of water to get it clean of the grime and when we wiped it down it was awful. The hot water for the shower was GONE WITHIN 10 minutes. Other than those things, we thoroughly enjoyed the property and the owners were very nice as well.'

'No frills but cozy. Cute place to stay for a night layover. The location was a little tricky, the driveway is shared to the right of a commercial building and hard to find in the dark. But now that you know, well you won’t have any issues. Bill the neighbor is a great guy too!'

'Was in Kodak working an event and just needed a place to sleep. Its a beautiful home, its the basement which has been turned into a gorgeous apartment, 2 king size beds, small kitchen area, 1 bathroom, both rooms are huge. Felt like home away from home. 'Communication with the owner was superb. Cleanliness and space was great. Things to note. Be prepared for a little drive to get to things and a curvy hillside (which was fine for us). Bring shampoo. I would call the bedroom upstairs good for adults but the bedroom downstairs not so much (not any support on memory foam but good for teens and younger). 'The location was great. The house was very nice. That said there were some issues. Ice melting and a puddle on the floor from the freezer door not shut when we arrived. A bed rail that was not attached at all. We had to go the store to get tools and parts to fix. Owners wouldn’t send anyone out to fix. There is not a single closet or space to hang up any clothes. Otherwise it was a nice place. Not sure I would book again though.'

'We stayed for two nights while we visited Dollywood. The location was great and the apartment was perfect. We were surprised when we pulled up to the apartment as it looked very small from the outside. Upon walking in, we realized that we were only seeing the first floor! The only two things that we noticed that needed to be added: bathmats on the floor in each of the bathrooms and a few more towel hooks in the bathrooms to hang up towels after a shower!'
