'Super convenient location for our downtown activites. Underground parking was great, but a little pricey ($40/day). It did have in and out privileges. The room was super clean and spacious. The breakfast was great. The front desk staff were very helpful when we came into the lobby soaking wet after getting caught in a downpour at the Indians baseball game. She saw how dripping wet we were, got towels and a plastic bag to take home our wet clothes. Thanks so much'

'The Marriott properties are all connected to the convention center through skywalk bridges. All I had to do was park my car and everything was inside, perfect.'

'When I arrived late at night, the desk staff gave me a key as usual. One elevator was clearly stuck and there was a crowd so I waited 10 minutes to get to my room only to find it would not open. After trying for 5 minutes (checking my key worked on another door, throwing my body weight into the door twice, messing with the handle), I go back downstairs and there's no one at the desk. I have to wait another 5 minutes for someone to return, and they tell me the particular room they assigned me...

'My wife and I had a suite which was very large, but the bathroom was extremely small. Good shower, but the rest of the bathroom was very cramped with only room for one shaving kit. No room for another person’s toiletries. There was a dedicated bedroom and a dedicated sitting area, but no divider between the two. You couldn’t watch tv without waking the other person up. The bed was comfortable. The room just had a lot of wasted space that could have been better utilized. I ordered room service...

'The room smelled of strong fragrance, was tiny, and very loud. It sounded like my window was open the entire night. It was absolutely not worth the amount of money I spent. The staff was fantastic, but I would never book this hotel again unless it was significantly cheaper.'

'As a frequent traveler, I plan to go back to the hotel. I had an excellent waiter Geoffrey that was very friendly and efficient. The food , room accommodations were excellent.The only thing is you must call ahead of time to reserve a table for the breakfast/ brunch. My suggestion to the front desk is to ask during check in is whether you want to dine there and if so ,to make a reservation. Also, to let people know if there is an event nearby due to changes for pickup for rides, such as an Uber....

'While we found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the problem with the hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus station, and on a busy street (S. Delaware) that has LOUD cars and motorcycles racing by at all hours of the night. In addition, there is a lot of homeless people around the building. There is an abandoned building across the street on E. Washington and a number of homeless hang out there. We also saw a guy on drugs bent over and just standing there in a daze. I...

'Absolute world class hotel and staff! Room was enormous and extremely clean. Fantastic skyline views that included the canal. Pool was amazing and is handicap accessible. Outdoor patio area was sweet as it has nighttime fireplaces lit and is a great place to lounge. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel, best place to stay when in Indy!'

'The gentleman that checked us in was so polite and knowledgeable. He ended up offering us a room with a beautiful view. Room was clean and nice. I would have liked to have had a full length mirror in the room, it was hard having the only mirror in the room be in the bedroom.'
