'Beware of amenities fee- not disclosed at check in or check out. Got email with the fee- since not disclosed, it’s unfair to charge. The hotel staff seemed not too interested in listening to my concern. Followed up with an email about it. But hotel did not respond to my inquiry. One of bed sheets had weird stain. The carpet in the room also stained. The restaurant was closed for a couple days- nice to know that prior- so that was also disappointing. We have stayed at this hotel a few times in...

'Het was een nette kamer met een fijn bed. Alleen maakte airco en koelkast veel geluid. Ligging is goed. Dichtbij winkels en restaurants.'

'Very beautiful hotel, clean and the restaurant was so good.'

'The waitress in the morning and lunch was very upset because an older gentle man touch her shoulder. She was screaming loudly don't ever touch me again. He was 95 years old. We were stunned. Didn't know what to do. He apologized profusely but she was in a bad mood after that.'

'I had a great stay. Decided to drive to Washington for Mt. Rainier because the weather was so nice and clear. Asked the front desk if I could leave a day earlier and they were very cooperative. Don’t know her name, but very nice lady at the frontdesk. '

'We didnt have a view out of our windows but the view from everyplace else was great. Room while small was comfortable.. towels were plush and such a nice size, Shower was fantastic.
