'Brilliant!! Stayed for a concert in Tottenham and was just thinking that it would be a "it'll have to do" hotel room but was very happy with the room/hotel - they even had cereals and soft drinks in room which was much appreciated!! Thankyou ,,will hopefully stay again when back in area xx'

Stayed last night and for someone who is a very uneasy traveller that gets homesick easily i could not fault my stay at all and will most DEFINITELY stay again if i ever go to London regardless of where i need to be (concerts, trips etc..) i will happily pay the travel cost to stay here. 'This was great inexpensive no frills town home style home. 5 separate bedrooms 1 kitchen and 2 bathrooms that are shared by the renters.
I came for a short trip to watch the Ravens play and it was perfect for my needs.
My room was clean and comfortable. And had a sink TV refrigerator and an armoire. Just perfect for me or a couple. Minutes from the Stadium. The surrounding area is residential. The owner is very friendly and hospitable!

'1. initially the hotel didn’t want to honor our reservation - „we don’t have rooms for 4 people“, even though that’s what I reserved
2. then the hotel didn’t give me the room keys - they just claimed they didn’t receive my deposit transfer.
3. I was stranded with 2 kids at 11pm at the hotel, no mercy, they didn’t let me in. Even though I offered cash and credit cards to pay again for the deposit (which I had transferred already!)
4. It took them almost 2 weeks to refund the deposit.'

"For the Beyonce concerts in June I went to this hotel. The room was really nice. The beds was really comfy and I liked the window seat. I had a pleasant stay and it was easy travelling to the hotspurs stadium as well as london city and LCY airport. Staff was nice and very friendly too."

"The hotel is lovely and beautiful. The room is very nice ans spacious. I would recommend this hotel if you need to visit Tottemham Hotspur Stadium (a direct bus). It is a bit far form the city centre (with the subway). The metro station is a four minute walk. The low score is because the employee at the reception desk are partaking in very subtle passive aggressive disssing. I think they could have kept their opion to their selves are tell it in a polite way. Instead they dist passive aggresively and the night clerk was just rude, by trying to be honest like I was one of his homies. The area around the hotel is very ghetto, and etnic. After one day I was used to it. And after two days I had enough of the ghetto vibes. There is also very much good vibes with restaurants and bars for very hip and cool people. So the area is very mixed, with diverse people. From homeless people to bussines man."

"The way my friends/customers were treated at check in by this hotel is just criminal. AND the very worst thing is that this Marriott Regents Park plays this trick on many customers.
The reservation had been made and payment was to be made at the hotel. After a stressful journey, the family arrived at the hotel. Check in and rested briefly in the room, before they were to see London for the first time. However, no key before payment was in order. Fine, however, their bank cards would not work, the receptionist informed them. "You guys should just contact your bank"
They did this and their bank assured them that everything was fine with the credit and debit cards and that no payment had been attempted from a Marriott in the UK. Strange.
The receptionist then forced them to withdraw money from the ATM in the lobby, which, due to a very bad exchange rate, made them pay €200 more for 3 hotel nights than stated on the booking confirmation. And they pull this trick on as many guests as possible. Without any excuse or compensation. So think carefully before booking this hotel! And if you do, don't be fooled.

"Onze kamer was bij aankomst geüpgraded van een studio naar een familiekamer. Het personeel bij de balie was erg vriendelijk. Ruime nette kamer met comfortabele bedden. Keukentje met een waterkoker en koelkast. Er zit een station naast het hotel, wat reizen erg makkelijk maakt. Daardoor wel wat geluidsoverlast van de treinen.
