'Folks were great. The place has become “dated”, but I personally prefer the quiet and lack of bustle. I’m sure the hotel was the place to go back in its heyday.
I do wish that the kitchen (I was in a cabin) was better stocked. There wasn’t much to work with. No dish towels, and I didn’t want to ruin one of the bathroom ones. Also, no dish soap or way to wash dishes. I chose the place specifically so I could have a kitchen, and not to be stuck in some ultra-modern hotel. I’m not big on eating...

'This property is so very out-dated! Even the bed spread and sheets appeared to be original from 1980's. The room had a ton of stink bugs, which happens, BUT instead of trying to spray and remove them they just took a broom and swept around the outside doorway. We ended up going to buy bug spray, my husband sprayed and then we left for dinner and the casino. Came back several hours later and I picked up nine dead bugs. Never saw any others! Turned water on for a shower and had to let it run...

'Toilet was completely stopped up and no amount of plunging was fixing it. They really need to have it replaced and not book any guests in that room until then. It seriously did not work!! Mirror had a nasty smear on it. I would only stay again if they cleaned better & had a working toilet in the room. Otherwise it was alright and good location.'

'The staff are fantastic. Just ask if you need anything. If you are riding a motorcycle they are going to leave you towel specifically for wiping the morning dew off. Will definitely stay there again.'
