'Had an AMAZING time at Purity Springs Resort!! Convenient location, great amenities, comfortable and quiet rooms, great dining options at Traditions Restaurant (on site) and cant appreciate the peaceful and tranquil, nice Purity Lake enough. Kayaking on the lake was an incredible experience and we lots of wildlife around including herons, otters and the common loon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 'I left after seeing the room. It was nasty and the bed smelled like urine. Don't base your stay on the Wyndham name. This place is not like any Wyndham I have ever stayed in. So disappointed. Lost $153. But, I couldn't even consider sleeping there. Went down the road to the Mount Whittier.'

'The hallways were filthy, never appeared to be vacuumed. There was also an Oder thru out the building, difficult to recognize. There was also an Oder in the room when we first checked in. Parking lot was full of sand and debris, not regularly cleaned. Satellite TV was just ok, not many options. Breakfast options were Good. Would like to see it cleaned up a bit for a return trip. Staff was Friendly.'

'It was super sketchy looking when we pulled up. Checked in and the lobby smelled, parked car around back and it was a bit scary. Walked into room that didnt feel safe, place smelled. The bathtub was old blue and dirty. The beds had large pivots in them, I was scared to use blacklist on bedding. My daughter didnt want to spend night as it was disgusting and she didn't feel safe. We didn't go back, drive home 3 hours instead. They would not refund me any money, not even a call back. $175...

'We booked this property to attend 2026 Laconia Bike Week. We were so disappointed with our room that we checked out early. Neither the front door to our room nor the windows closed completely; gaps allowed light, heat, and noise into the room. We found old, half-empty beer cans in our room upon arrival.
