'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including
a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'The best experience we had with the property where the office staff and on site security(since the property feels safe due to it being gated). There is a specific young gentleman who wears a red hat that is absolutely amazing and accommodating.
We did struggle with obtaining clean linen and towels when needed, although that wasn’t something the staff were able to control. It was hard to obtain pool towels when trying to swim.'

'Lots of additional fees and gratuities...be prepared to spend more on everything. Ice machine was dirty with spider webs all over. No streaming capabilities for TV for first 3 days of trip. The staff had to call a third party to get it set up for my stay. The grounds are beautiful and suite was very large but some staff services was extremely slow. They made a mistake with my reservation and had accidentally checked me out 4 days earlier so I had to check in again. Overall not an impressive...

'The laundry in the room is a big plus if you’re staying for an extended period. Which we were. Having a kitchen will bigger sized refrigerator is great too for the same reason.
Things that weren’t as great is the place was literally invaded with pets. And more than 1 pit bull, so they don’t care which breeds apparently. It’s hard for a place not to get run down and smelly with this many animals, it is taking a toll.
