'The hotel is a located inside a converted house. Everything looks very traditional, complete with low ceilings, sliding doors, mat covered floors and futons. The dorm slept four, which I though was tight, but it seems to work well enough that I slept quite well both nights. My futon had two layers and although I like a firm mattress, I did think it was quite sore on my back the 1st night. Common areas include the kitchen, cafe and lounge. 'What a fantastic place to stay. Convenient location from the train station And easy acces to snowmonkey parc. The food was amazing And the service level as well. They have an amazing bar on the roof. You sit with -15 in heated plastic iglo tents zipping from your drinks. The onsen Spa is big on the upperfloor overlooking Yudanaka And the mountains. The Room is huge. So wonderful stay And highly recommended.'

'We used this hotel as a couple. Rooms are fine; we stayed on 15th floor, and rooms on floor 13-14-15 seem to be bigger than the lower floors. We did not use the breakfast buffet, since there are plenty of breakfast places around, both local ones as international ones. Can recommend this hotel to others.'

'喫煙の部屋しか空いていなかったのでそこにしました。あまりに気にしないタイプなので思ったよりタバコの臭いは無かったし、空気清浄機もあったので良かったです。シャワートイレでしたし、素泊まりには充分でした。ただエントランスのドアをはじめ、様々な所に故障中のシールがあったのが気になりました…(部屋のドアは丈夫な作りでしたので安心しました)'

'The gentleman who runs the place is very nice and accommodating. There was hot water and tea waiting for us in our room, which was a delicious, unexpected treat. The bathroom / shower are small, but were clean and served their purposes. The women’s onsen was very relaxing and much needed after a day at the Snow Monkey Park. My family and I enjoyed our stay.
