'Wow, where do I begin? This stunning, intimate property in the heart of Franschhoek is absolutely perfect for couples! The staff are incredibly welcoming, polite, and professional. The food and beverage, on point. Although we had some noisy neighbors on our first night (not the hotel’s fault, so no complaints there), we slept wonderfully. 'I rented the luxury penthouse and it was very nice. Felt like home. The area is very walkable with restaurants, grocery, and shops within a very short distance. I grabbed Starbucks everyday and sat on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful mountain views. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I plan to return to this property again.'

'The advert for this property is misleading. Wifi is only free for the first few emails. We received a letter stating that our stay was in breach of the terms of the estate and therefore could not use the public facilities (pool, tennis court etc). \ In addition there are numerous signs in the property, on walls, cupboards, on tables saying "do not touch", "stay out, private, property of owner" etc. This is in addition to a deposit required for the stay (which does not get repaid for 3 weeks)...
