'Absolutely loved pretty much everything about this place. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The room was great. Very spacious, comfortable, clean, plenty of space to put clothes away (big closets). The bathroom is massive with seperate shower and bath. 'The staff at this hotel are amazing. Very helpful and really friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The room we had was beautiful and always clean. We had a turndown each night with a little surprise that was left for us like chocolate, hot chocolate etc. This is a must hotel if you are staying in Franschhoek. Great location also.'
